Beautiful home. I would not want to live there until ALL the construction was done. I thought there had to be a window to consider a room to be a bedroom. I did not see a window in the lower so called bedroom. The model that was shown was huge. Not much downsizing going on there. Your videos are the best. So much knowledge regarding any property to show.

They actually do have a smaller version with the same floorplan and finishes at a lower price. A window is not actually a requirement. There are plenty of myths in real estate :-)

That is a interesting design. The pot filler us getting really regular in construction. I think the first one I saw was on a cooking show. (A must have for me) Theses city dwellings are very homey an livable for people who like the city. Good to see folk wearing mask. Hope you keep your handy. Working with the Y, I try to keep enough to give to others(the disposables). You keep safe yourself. I enjoy your videos. I get to travel without being there. Just waiting to go somewhere. Love this home, but it has one major flaw...bedroom on the first floor has no windows.

An elevator makes this type of housing wheelchair/walker/crutches accessable. That's awesome. That bedroom on the 1st level had no window😨. This is a roomy place👏👏👏. The storage areas by the elevator on the 1st floor are a modern * trunk room* 😉. One would not have to rent a smaller storage unit for things like holiday decor and luggage. This was a great find Max. Thanks☺

Yes, in addition to all of the interior storage, there is the two car garage (that many people use as a storage unit, instead :-)

Hello Max, hope all is well with you. Love this idea of the 55 or greater concept. Having an elevator in your unit is thinking ahead and something I would like in my unit for future use, if needed. The lay out is great as is the 2 car garage. Thanks for sharing your video as always enjoy your information as well. We were wondering if there is very much construction going on in the areas you show us. My husband is an electrician and has an extensive list of contractors and clients he works with. We would be moving from Southern California and needs to find a job and meet some contractors before we think about moving to Virginia trying to buy a home here is almost impossible. There is plenty of building going on here and dependable contractors are a challenge for some builders and consumers. Many contractors are always hiring the trades.

This is top 5 definitely in my home search in the Richmond area. Love the layout, I would have preferred all the bedrooms on the third floor and a open space/media room on the lower level. I am looking to relocate and my list goes as follows New construction , Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms, gas stove, open space/movie room.
