Very nice house. The updates were very well done. The one thing I noticed that the stairs didn't have a railing.That to me can be a safety issue. Take care, Max.🤗

That front yard is the safety issue. That drop off, no sleep walking aloud, 100 foot drop off in the front yard. Love the price though, leaves rooms to make it your own.

Sometimes an appraiser will note safety items on the appraisal. This is extremely common with missing front porch rails and handrails. We can normally get the seller to install them once requested. Thanks for the eagle eye !

Hi Max! I am wondering what the little white doors are in many of the rooms? Can you explain?

The small doors are under eve access doors. Sometimes there is enough room to put a suitcase or two in them but they are not normally designed for storage. Also, sometimes they are for access to the plumbing connections if a bathroom shared the same wall. These are commonly seen in closets.
