I love this content- it really is gold! :) For me, greco is like a secret treasure. Many people know little about it, but it's actually one of the most effective and functional martial arts there is- which was shown by Matt, Randy, Dan Henderson and others in MMA... I started practicing it because it was really useful for my security work, with the upright stance and upper-body control. Now I love it as a sport in itself. I just can't wait until I can actually TRAIN again (Britain is under covid 19 lockdown... :( ). Take care, and thanks for sharing all this great stuff!
