The real reason why the Colts left Baltimore in the middle of the night is because the state of Maryland govt filed a eminent domain clause on the team. Bully-gate One of our 0-Linemen (Richie Incognito) relentlessly bullied and called out racial remarks to another one of our O-linemen who was having troubles adjusting to the league in his early years of his NFL experience. Ross made us Loss Our owner tried to be sneaky and get Tom Brady to come to the Phins, as well as telling our coach to throw games for pay to secure a #1 pick. Colts Perfect Season? (For the one most people don't know) Brady wasn't the first time the Phins came out to be hitting on taken people. People know Shula as Miami's best coach of all time. But how many people know he was supposed to be in Baltimore as the Colt's HC. Shula got into contact with the then Phins owner Joe Robbie and got a deal after Shula was pissed at losing the SB with the Colts. So Miami got him when they were having relationship problems and offered him a better life and a butt load of cash for that time and partial ownership...... The things that happen down here never change..... 😅

The thing I remind people when it comes to Michael Vick is that he was convicted and served his time. There are a slew of high profile stars and athletes who have done things just as bad or worse, and didn't even get a slap on the wrist.

The funniest thing about the Tennessee Titans and the Jags is that the Jags lost only three games that season and they were all against Tennessee

Chicago Bears fan here. Think you may have whiffed on a Bears scandal from about 9 years ago that certainly overshadows itching powdered towels: In December of 2014, Ray McDonald of the 49ers was released by the team due in large part to credible media reports of him being investigated for assault. The following off-season, newly installed coaches John Fox and Vic Fangio convinced GM Ryan Pace to get McDonald on their roster. The Bears signed McDonald to a one-year "prove it" deal on May 24th 2015, with Fox and Fangio publicly stumping for McDonald and vouching for his character. The very next day, May 25th 2015, the Bears released McDonald after he was arrested for d0mestiic and child endangerment. To say the whole affair was embarrassing is an understatement, and the John Fox era had a pall cast over it for the next three years. I also think the Packers biggest scandal might actually be getting away with a major league rules violation by re-placing Aaron Rodgers on IR in late 2017, but that might be my bias showing lol.

The Chiefs Belcher story was so deep that it also suppressed Nepo Baby, Britt Reid's pre Superbowl mishap in 2021.
