Jimmy covered for Spo's ineffective small ball philosophy and he freed up Bam to do all those things he likes to do except scoring. Bam has been a flop this year and he & Spo have made excuses as to why it isn't priority that he scores the ball because of his other responsibilities. Spo and Bam will have to change their approach. We know Spo doesn't do change and Bam isn't the most assertive person out there. At this point losing by double digits will be a regular occurrence so hopefully Spo gets the youngsters some playing time and experience until they can bring in another star who can right the ship.

So, this game seemed to me like the players were feeling one thing prior to Jimmy's joygank, and another very different thing after, which tells me that they were completely blindsided. Never underestimate the power of the feelz. Anybody remember how Tiger Woods played after his car adventure in Orlando? He was awful, and not because he was hurt, either. Sometimes you just have to take a minute to get the stank off. Yes, they are probably a .400 team now (maybe a little better, maybe a little worse).
