I have an extremely rasply, high and gravelly voice. The first thing I did was straighten up my back (as I started watching your video) and that instantly fixed some of the problem. Then I did the pressure technique and it instantly got rid of the gravel, even though my voice is rather high pitched and that didn't change.

And then about 3 months ago, it returned and I'd forgotten about these videos! How much suffering I could have saved myself! I even have your tool to do it myself! *face-palm* I have to sing in a few weeks, I'll keep doing these two videos and keep my fingers crossed! Thank you so much, Doctor! You are a treasure! 😊

@nietzschesmuse4 жыл бұрын
If you stop going to bed with stomach full there will be no reflux.
@GeneralLee1314 жыл бұрын
Apple Cider Vinegar can help with this (Dr Berg has tons of videos on it if you're curious about the science). Abridged version: Reflux is often caused by insufficient acid in your stomach rather than too much. Try diluting a tablespoon of ACV in juice and drink it after your dinner and you'll see improvement in reflux symptoms in a week or two.

I will try this because I went to an ENT doctor and right away she said your voice is hoarse. She put a tube down my nose and and told me to say "Eeeee" then blow, etc. She discovered that one of my vocal cords Did Not Close all the way! As a result, I am scheduled for a Cat scan right quadrant with Contrast (I.V. Iodine) in order to see if there is something blocking it! Meanwhile, it may be due to a lump of fatty tissue that is located at the back of my neck (Right) below my skull! That's my guess now, after viewing Dr.Bergs video!! I have prayer all is well. Meanwhile, I will try this exercise suggested in video.

Good Morning Dr. Berg, I hope you and your family are well. I have a feeling the technique you're sharing is going to be needed in the coming days ahead. As things move forward, the need for clear instructions on supplement dosing is critical to achieve a safe but increased rate of change. As we know, not all RDA's consider a broader need especially during times like these. Is there a current chart or guide on the subject you can suggest. K-2, D3, Potassium, Magnessium, Boswellia, Zinc, Tumeric, and Vitamin C. Thank you for sharing on Iodine today. Should there be other considerations for women who are pregnant? Is there a quality multivitamin or product you can recommend that provides humanity what it needs to improve immune systems with all things considered for children, youth, adults, and seniors? A chart with safe ranges would be essential for every home i think. A blood panel for every individual would be ideal, but that's a different much needed request. What better way to show that you care for the well-being of humanity. Moving forward can produce a positive outcome. Thank You For Everything, Concerned Global Citizen,
