Fix bogging down Polaris 800 EFI Crew

If your Polaris 2011 Crew 800 EFI is bogging down and the engine check light is coming on, watch here to fix it for $25 dollars at Auto Zone or other parts store. AutoZone part 712 Pigtail Cables is a good place to start.

Would appreciate any suggestions. 2012 Polaris 800 EFI hesitates at 45-50 mph. 45 is about 6350rpm. Not really a sputter or cough. Repairman just cleaned throttle body and fuel injectors and said idle air circuit was partially open causing a misfire at that speed. None of the work performed solved the issue. One person suggested the primary and secondary cluthes might be fighting each other. Need to get it fixed pretty quick so we can sell it and move, but I want it to be right. I should also mention that it has full power no issues 0-45. No codes, no engine light. Always at that speed only.Thanks folks. Appreciate anything.

Btw try turning the key on off on then it should say wait and give you a code that is your error code

Once the CEL comes on, you have to toggle thru the menu with the button on the right side of the display. Press the button several times until you see CH ENG, then hold the button down for a few seconds,. You will then see the error code.

So I’m having I wanna say a similar problem on my sportsman 800 Efi Mine has no light but bogs down and I try to give it gas but it’s almost like it back fires through the air filter could this be this issue?

Part 712 doesn’t match for 2011 Polaris Ranger Crew 800 EFI. And I would consider “the details” showing you actually fixing it. The injector clips can be a little challenging to get off. Your video is lacking quite a bit of “details.”

Loss of power to the differential interlock or the interlock is bad.

Mine is doing this exact same thing giving error code 651 when the check engine light comes on don't know if that's helpful for anybody but yep it's the same exact problem with the pigtail gone bad
