I got to the part where it says select device driver you want to install for this hardware in the device manager action area. It then says select the manufacturer and model of your hardware device then click next. The only thing available is "model" but i can't select it. Which means I can't click next. I hope this makes sense. I need help 😭

Some people are old and technically savvy but they're trying to update themselves. Kindly do every step tgat you mention so that they can follow you and get results. Here you're just suggesting go to drivers, select manufacturers etc.. but telling what kind to select.
