unfortunately all the suggestions don't work for me. 2 days ago I spent 3 hours on the phone with a Microsoft tech. after serveral attempts he finally got the task bar to work...(removing several programs in the process) Now just 2 days later same problem critical error etc etc etc as shown in the video. Wish I had seen this yesterday! I just finished a scratch re-install because of this error. I did try the sfc /scannow and it found errors which it could not fix. Interestingly, the log file said that the Microsoft licence rtf file was corrupt. It was a W7 laptop, upgraded to W10 last September. I now have concerns that this may become epidemic as I have now seen 2 laptops with similar problems.

Hi there, sorry I’m a bit late, Dropbox is a cloud-storage platform, to uninstall it, press the Windows Key + R and the same time, type the word (without quotation marks) ‘control’, under programs and features, select ‘uninstall a program’, give it a moment, find ‘Dropbox’, and double-click it. It should now start up-installing.

Yes I noticed that. A bit of a Catch 22. The first steps alone, just up to after the reboot, do not bring the Start menu back. Also the reasoning behind creating a new account is not explained.
