@@willandheidi when mine was really bad I did it every day and they lowered the frequency as it improved. Now I just do in one every 2-3 weeks as maintenance for good elbow health.

This is “immediate” pain relief but literally does nothing to help rehab whatever injury you are just masking the pain.

@@aacancro1 pain relief can help give you the chance to rehab and move. This is not for acute injuries.

Anything that flushes blood in and out of the area, is usually good for rehabilitation of chronic injuries because blood flow speeds up healing.
