The epic games launcher installer doesent go to my pc, it just downloads and goes to the taskbar without going to my file explorer or nothing, and when i install it just does the prematurely thing again, can anyone help please?

i need help mine says (14.2.1fortnitemsi cannot be found verify that you have access to this location and try again or try to find the installation package "epicinstaller-14.2.1 fortnitemsi) and saying i need that verison of the file to install it but i cant find that or have it
