Fix Error code 0xc19a0036 Ink System Failure on HP Printer

I have cleaned the contacts and the heads with alcohol and it has returned to work like the first day. I have the printer for 12 or 13 years and it has always worked well. Thanks a lot.

I have an HP photosmart premium all in one C410 with ink system failure oxc19a0022, yours is 0036/0037. How is my code different than yours? Does it mean the problem is different? I followed your instructions anyway but it did no good. Same code kept coming up. By the way I have no idea what I am doing but your instructions were so easy to follow I felt like I knew what I was doing. It's possible the print head is the problem, if I can find one I will try it. thanks.

@@303electronics When I turned the computer on the 0022 code came up. I removed the ink cartridges and printhead then closed lid. A printhead problem code came up and told me to remove the cartridges and printhead, but of course I already had. I closed the lid and the same 0022 system failure code came up. I put cartridges and printhead back in, closed lid and same 0022 code came up. Turned computer off 1 minute and then back on. Nothing changed. same code.

Hi, It happened the same to me. Originaly I believe that the error was due to the fact that power went off when printer on. When power came back on I faced the error. I first cleaned printhead and followed tutorials telling me to unplug and back on 60 sec. later. It didn't work. After a night unpluged, I found this tuto, the guy is a true engineer (like me, it's my job) Then I cleaned deeper and checked around printhead. The back on sequence was really long (I didn't acknowledge any message) but at last the printer performed alignment, it failed but I can print now. I must say that Y M C cartridge are full empty and dry, this is possibly the reason why alignment failed. (Printer B210a)

Hi Leandro. I use alcohol swabs for contacts on printhead. Also, a window cleaning solution works just fine. To flush the printhead, see the video in thie link below: (I use water to flush the printhead, if printhead is very clogged, let it soak about half inch deep in window cleaning solution for about 5-10 hours.) Hi. The lever that comes up to release the printhead is broken on my printer. HP 6500A with error message 0xc19a0022. Can this be fixed?

Unfortunately, most likely the printhead is done. Printer needs a new printhead.

Hello, I have a HP Photosmart B110a Printer, and I have got this error code on my printer. Already, I have thoroughly cleaned out the whole of the printhead and no ink was left. Then I re-entered it into the printer with new ink cartridges and the error was still there. I also cleaned all contacts and sides and no luck. Then, I hard reset the whole printer to Out of Box settings and setup, but got another 'printhead missing' issue. Now its gone back to the ink system failure one. Please help me out. Thanks a lot

Ошибка 0xc19a00... Зайдите в инженерное меню : Отключите принтер от сети, снова включите держа кнопку включения пока не мигнет белый светодиод ( внизу слева от DUO SD MMC). Отпустите кнопку питания. Ткните пальцем, в точки ( 1 - 2 ) за пределами монитора порядку 1 - 2 -1 -1 . |--------------------------| | 1 | | | | | | 2 | |________________| Зажжется монитор с инженерным меню. Сбросьте настройки (Full Reset). При включении появится новая загрузка принтера. Если картриджи 178, ( при настройке ставьте родной язык) , но регион нужно указать (Азия) маркировка картриджей 178 - это Азия , у меня сработало и сбросил ошибку головки.
