Had error codes F7E4, F7E3 and F6E3 all were resolved by replacing this same part. That screw on the bottom and the thing you took off with a knife were the hardest part. Thanks for the guidance!

I have this same exact washer shown in this video. It’s stuck in sensing mode and then it says wash Complete. I have the F7E4 code code showing up but when I pulled this part out as he described in the video….It seemed to be fully intact and the magnet was not sliding off of the plastic. Would that mean this fix would not work?

@@NathanJackson-x9t inspect the Slider one more time, make. Sure there’s no cracks even hairline cracks could make a difference. Then after inspect the magnet plate , inside it should have grooves towards the middle, if they look worn that’s could be an issue as well.

@@Lilbit101107 mine wasn’t moving at all , it was just stuck , but there is occasions where screeching will happen before it gets worst

@@Lilbit101107 if you empty out the washer and spin the tub. If it makes a grinding noise that sounds similar to car brakes it’s going to be the tub bearings which is something different from the video

@@Lilbit101107 make sure you don’t have any coins or hair pins stuck in the agitator, if that is not it then more than likely could be the same thing I replaced, make sure the grooves are not worn out as well after taking off that magnetic plate

I have the same washer. it goes into sensing, water never turns on then it immediately says washing complete. did you have that same issue with water?

I have same problem started last night I went found a video on how to run find codes and run diagnostics. The same code plus one more F7E4 came up. Everyone in other videos comments seems to have the same problem we have. I have 5 year warranty so I'm going to see if they can come by and fix it. If not then I'm using this video as reference to fix it myself.

that is exactly what this washer was doing . if anything it poured a few drops of water and then it stopped . are you receiving any codes on the screen?

I believe that is the water temperature sensor , your problem should be more on the water valves, computer side
