This patch works with kepler series GPU's there is no patch available for RTX series for now, You can use iGPU instead of Dedicated GPU to fix graphics issue. Thanks for like, please subscribe the channel.

Yes, will work but only opengl, the opencore legacy patcher will make it work using the old drivers.
