In my case, the whole ocular together with the eyecup wobble a bit ( i can wobble it around with my hands, but the picture i see doesnt change.. it only wobles a bit if my head bumps the viewfinder and pushes it ). Is it the same issue as shown in the video or can something different ( if you can make that out by my very brief description ). Thanks for your great work !

Would Loctite or some fingernail polish on the threads or painted on the heads/mounting plate be a good preventative measure to think about when tightening the viewfinder screws? Same for the guide screw?

Blue Loctite would be perfect.

Uh Oh. Do not wait long as you would not want the screws to work free and lodge somewhere as to lock up the mechanisms.

​@@FixOldCameras finally pulled apart the 645 over the weekend and got the viewfinder screws tightened up. Luckily I didn't have to search the camera for them.
