i would say 94 is still high and in the most case u shoot in birhgt daylight you not gonna get any detail back in the sky. my suggestion is to set IRE to 75 to get the most detail in highlight. and great tutorial btw

I will cover this fully in my slog3 exposing tutorial, but mostly for the skin yes it might overexpose the red channel (safer if you set zebra to 90+)but for the sky you can bring back the details as far as the blue channel is inside the range! Thanks for watching
