In this video I show you how to fix a temporal limited PayPal account that is requesting proof of fulfilment. In most cases, PayPal will request for proof of fulfillment and supplier receipt even when a business does not sell physical items. It is for this reason that I created this video to show you how to correctly submit documents and prevent a permanent limitation on account.

Bro please reply. I sell physical items through etsy. I received order and payment of that order. And now paypal is asking for "proof of fulfillment" and "proof of purchase from your supplier" with deadline 11th feb, what proofs should I give them? Please tell me. I haven't dispatched the orders, and but I will do it within a few days, but the product will never reach the buyer before 11th feb, should I provide tracking number as "proof of fulfillment"?? Can I upload tracking slip of any previous orders that I already shipped??? Or can I just upload order receipt??? And I don't have any suppliers either, so what should I do for "purchase from supplier"? Should I show them the Amazon recipes of materials that I buy ??? Please tell me. Can I also check the box "doesn't require shipping"???

Tracking number can be used as proof of fulfilment yes. you can add tracking number after you dispatch

Quick question, if you do not know the answer that is fine, but thought I would at least ask: Do you know if there is a way to change some kind of settings in PayPal to let them know that by default, your goods and services are digital and therefore will always have no supplier, etc. The issue I am running into is that my digital service is a recurring monthly subscription, and I receive payments from customers every month, and when this happens, I have to go through the process in your video every time. PayPal locks my account until I go through these steps. Right now I do not have a ton of customers every month, but I imagine as they grow, needing to "provide proof" for multiple transactions every month will get quite tiresome. If you have no idea how to help, that is fine. Just wanted to see if you know how I can avoid this process every month if at all possible. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, there is non, however, i do believe provided your account does not receive any disputes for the next 6months, your account reputation will be classified as trusted. And you wont face this anymore. Also consider having a backup like stripe

@@jonesmbuso Hi after many phone calls theyve basically said you have to post everything to get access to payment so you have a tracking number - My customer picked up the painting by hand from my address so they put my monies on hold even though she signed a statement saying she had received it, putting her email and phone number on for them to check with her, which I uploaded. So Ive learnt my lesson now and in future will post everything! We could do with more videos on how to deal with paypal! they dont make it easy for business people do they!! :D
