Helpful tip: if you’re like me and none of these work out, my best advice is to listen to something while adjusting the headphone balance so you can even out the volume between both if you have one that’s quieter than the other and it’s still quieter if In the middle

None of this helped me but I figured out another way. It doesn’t fix them but it fixed the sound. So like he said go to audio visual and find the balance level thingy. but instead of putting it in the middle, you can adjust it so the sound sounds equally loud in both ears. Hope this helped if the other methods didn’t work for you either.

Hey @Technomentary I used an old toothbrush to clean it and the volume changed back to normal just don't use 2 much water cuz u gonna get water in them and it will mess them up all I did was turn on the water in my sink and dubbed my toothbrush in the water that stays there on the sink and just went around in circles where the music comes out and put them in and it was fine it's because the ear wax builds up and clogges the wire mesh and makes it muffled

If the sound is off because of a mechanical issue and not a technical issue you can go into audio visual and go down to balance and move it towards the AirPod that is low just a little. That will help any low AirPod
