Yes they did it. I'm not sure, they didn't tell me. But here's the TIkTok video I found, after which I followed up with them: www.tiktok.com/@rhythm_refurb_hub/video/7382980983487794450 I didn't have to change the display, they fixed it, and its working great :) I hope you can get yours fixed too.

do factory reset mine was fixed with just that
