Fix Seized Boat Motor Mercury M2 EFI 240 hp FROZEN Seadoo Challenger 2000 Video 1

Hello everyone Fixing this seized Mercury M2 EFI 240 hp Boat motor.
SeaDoo Challenger 2000
The motor is 100% frozen, would not move at all not even with a crank bar.
In this video I will be explaining what i'm doing to get this motor free and then find out what happen.

The I’m getting spark and fuel is flowing really good it was laid up for a while someone told me might be the injectors getting stuck i did see some corrosion on some wires on the top of the head and it wasn’t really good but I don’t think that was the problem

Hi buddy, could you tell me where can I buy the Blaster? I am going to remove only the spark plug and put the Blaster inside.

I have thé same boat with the same engine. I can give you by mail thé PDF documentation for this engine. 450 pages. There's a weekness with the plastic parts which fail and there's non lubrification after. You have to change it. B est regards.

deleting the oil pump and adding oil to the gas tank would fix this issue?

@@new2boats491 If the oil pump doesn't turn , you don't need to remove it. You just have to had 2stroke oil directly in the gas tank. If the axel don't turn it's because the plasitc gear on crankshaft is worn.In addition, as there will be pressure in the oil tank on the engine, there will be no alarm.

If you could share that pdf with me I would greatly appreciate it. Getting ready to pull the powerhead on mine. It threw a rod through the block and I suspect it's that plastic gear that you had mentioned
