I also put ot on the facial labia lines that go from under nose, & down around your mouth. Those smile lines. I got a huge 16 oz bottle of USDA organic on Amazon for like $16! I put my moisturizer on after, do its not so sticky, & doesn't get on your pillow. I also put it on my lips after I brush & floss. I have even put it on a breakout after spot treating it , when I occasionally get one. ( Thanks, perimenapause! 🙄)

I did get a hollow under my one eye but I never had Botox. I have gotten filler under my eyes by a fantastic injector. You can’t even tell I have filler and no trace of that hollow. I had also gotten really crepey skin under my eyes and I was told it could never be changed but by using topical estrogen and gold bond ultra skin therapy, peptides from The Ordinary, it is drastically improved and doesn’t look crepey to me anymore. Also do red light therapy. Another great video! Thank you!

I've worked as a massage and physical therapist for almost 23 years and I learnt TMJ massage. After providing this session to a number of people and their follow-up sessions, they started to ask for more because it took years off of their faces. You can paralyze muscle with Botox and you can also relax it. When you relax muscle and enrich it with fluids, the skin snaps back to lie the way it's supposed to. I use the right oils to provide enough "glide" and then use quality moisturizers at the end of the session. (I love your advice on oils and grape seed oil doesn't stain linens) This is one way it reduces wrinkles. You can't get just anyone to do this, they have to be trained and at least a third of the session is done with the provider gloved and working inside your mouth. Some muscles are best reached this way. Dr. Rajani, what is your opinion of these sorts of efforts for reducing the signs of aging and would you do a video on this?
@Filoufila5 ай бұрын
J'ai essayé pendant très longtemps les massages sur la ride du lion, j'ai aussi fait du taping mais malheureusement ça détend sur le moment et ensuite le muscle se contracte de nouveau...
@melissarmt73305 ай бұрын
@@Filoufila Try an ice massage on the top of the center of the nose. If the muscle has been in spasm for a long time, ice can be used to break the cycle of spasm. Keep doing the massage and the relaxed state should last longer after each session. You want to relax that muscle and encourage it to accept the new state of normal, being a relaxed state. Your aesthetician should be able to help you with this.

Dark under eye circles can be caused by an enzyme deficiency of PST enzyme. It can cause phenol intolerance and that can lead to phenol-induced anemia. If you are pst enzyme deficient and you ingest or absorb phenols, it will combine with iron in your blood and turn purple. This color change in the blood shows through the thin skin under your eye. It can appear pinkish purple upon chewing the food with it or washing your hands with it (pink soap). The dye highest in phenol is annatto, in cheddar orange everything.

@@BostonBabe9 it's not a waste of money - recommend you to go see before and afters on the internet. It will grow a layer of collagen underneath your eyes basically. You will need 3 treatments of undereye PRF total, and it takes 4 months to see a difference after each round. It's a long term process but it lasts for YEARS and it looks natural, not goofy like underye fillers.

I am going to brag. I have taken very good care of my eyes, oils, and light massage applied often have helped. Oh, and by the way Dr. I suggest you use a frother for your coffee , it works better to control and incorporate the collagen powder with the cream.
