STEP A - REPAIR 1. typo "add or remove programs" in search corner of windows 2. typo "snipping tool", click "..." on right then select advance options 3. click "repair" 4. restart ypur pc 5. test for recording 6. if failed do step B STEP B - RESET 1. typo "add or remove programs" in search corner of windows 2. typo "snipping tool", click "..." on right then select advance options 3. click "reset" 4. restart ypur pc 5. test for recording 6. if failed do step C STEP C - REINSTALL 1. typo "add or remove programs" in search corner of windows 2. typo "snipping tool", click "..." on right then select advance options 3. click "uninstall" 4. open "microsoft store", and typo "snipping tools", klik "get" to install on your pc 5. restart ypur pc 6. test for recording 7. if failed then use others recorder. NOTE 1. When one of the steps above is successful, then you don't need to do the next step. 2. Make sure you RESTART YOUR PC after each step, because that is a requirement for success.
