Fix Stuck Razor MX650 Forks!!

Disassemble, fix, lube, and reassemble stuck Razor MX650 or MX500 forks. If your forks are binding and won't move any more, this video will most likely get them moving again. I also show all of the internals and parts of the forks and how they work.

Thanks for the info Tim! This issue occurred for me literally within a week of my 9 year old getting his 650. I was able to use extensions and make my own tool to remove the Allen bolt and glued weed whacker line around top of the bushing to make a new lip. So far soo good.

Thanks for the video my mx500 has a busted white plastic piece so I’m hoping to replace it and this might be possible without replacing the whole thing now that I see how it is assembled.

Would you happen to have any measurements of the springs and bolts that go up the fork leg¿? I'm trying to get bigger springs and bolts to makes my suspension ALOT better but IDK what the original parts measure.

My bushings are worn out,they have a lot of play in them. To bad you can’t buy parts.
