TCL 32es568 (also says tcl 32es568X1) gets past the TCL logo, but then the Android logo is stuck in a loop. Have tried the steps you suggest, but when starting back up it shows white icon of a TV with a cog inside and the words "No command" in white underneath. This was all working fine for years ...and then suddenly stopped for no apparent reason. Is it a firmware issue? Is there a way to re-load the software as i notice that TCL make this available on their site?

Well I was surprised this actually worked. I held the power button down for 20 seconds but didn't leave the TV unplugged for 10 minutes. TV cord pulled from wall. Held power button down 20+ seconds on TV, plugged TV back into wall, pressed power button on TV (not remote) to turn TV back on. TV loaded Thank you (65" that was purchased September 2018)
