This is exactly my issue with the course. It's so strange that this video popped up without me even searching for it. I can't wait to give this a try today. Thanks!

@@JamesBrock72 thank you for your comment James! I hope it works right out the gate. You might need the mind set of thinking 3/4 as it’ll feel quite restrictive.. so don’t fight it 👍🏼

Excited for this. A looooong swing has been killing my driving for years. I just don’t know how to stop … out on the course it becomes my default on the tee.

@@JR-rr7mx thank you for your comment. Give this ago on my turn drill, then with a club have in your mind 3/4 (as it will quite restrictive instantly) hope it helps you 👊🏼

Well, I would agree that when the left heel comes up; and, the left knee comes riding out, the club will move across the line, superficially. But, whilst it is incorrect to move the club across the line in this way, the club should actually point to the right of the target, at the top of the backswing. And, we can easily prove this to ourselves when we use the natural forces of resistance to fuse the hands, at the top of the backswing. And, whilst the position you get into at 3.20 is bit too Chaplinesque, I have to say that there is no reason for the weight to move onto the outstep of the right foot; or, the lower half to be loose. The weight should be on the instep of both feet at the top; and, there is nothing to stop a player from achieving this when their left leg moves across to the right, in the way that you demonstrate.
