@@hameatali2370 that issue happened to me after reinstalling Windows. I went to the Windows Update section and installed all the updates appearing there and then restarted the computer.

Easy Solution 1. Download windows defender regestry file from browser. 2.Go To Services And Find Windows security service and star that . 3. Go to settings, apps, search windows defender and repair it and reset it Then restart pc and fix successfuly.
