@@aloras405 I've been where you are. Almost checked out of this world because of it, but there is light on the horizon. Therapy and medication doesn't help everyone, but it really took the edge off for me. Helping others really helped me take my thoughts off of my problems as well. Take care of yourself. Keep your head up and know that others have dealt with painful circumstances, too. There is always hope.

I've lost a friendship with someone recently, out of my own ending it, that is heartbreaking. But it needed to happen. Years of unresolved trauma outside of the friendship digs the pain deep to the core. But now the door is open to my therapist being able to help me 'Fix' my heart to be able to heal and grow.

I lost all 4 of my children during pregnancy. I've been feeling so heartbroken and discouraged the past few months trying to get others to believe that ALL babies lost during pregnancy matter and not just those lost through Row vs Wade. I'm so tired and so lost in life right now. I feel like every direction i take will bring me back to depression, anxiety and pain. I don't feel worth the effort of others trying to bring me back together. On my last birthday we were celebrating in family and I was asking myself : what is the celebration right now ..? Becaus I don't feel my life is worth celebrating.. And so i started crying.. Since then I tried to move on, to pretend I'll become someone. To get involved in studies (again) and that I would eventually find a situation. But from where I stand, every step is painful, I stand in the midst and I can't anymore. Depression is still right here and no pain is going away. I'm so helpless.

I am not a Cold Play fan I must admit, yes its a good song, but seeing the choir sing it has made this a great song and Anthem I personally feel, Its perfect and so sad and the words so meaningful. I was saddened by what happened in that school where those poor children and adults lost their lives. A great loss to many families and to the whole world. looking at the children in the choir brought Tears to me and I'm a grown man and not ashamed to say it. they sang with their Young hearts and well done to each and everyone involved in the choir. "Tears stream down your face" 😭😭 My heart broke finding out about the Texas shooting (we are in australia) and cried myself to sleep that night thinking of the children that should have been in their beds sleeping but were instead cold in a morgue... Those poor babies... As a mother with two children the same age as those who were murdered, I cannot even begin to fathom what those mamas are feeling, and will continue to feel as they grieve their children... But watching these kids in the choir cry as they sing to the memory of those 19 children, oh my heart broke all over again. RIP angels... you were so loved by your families, friends and community

The song was written to comfort his wife who had just lost her father. It's a sad, touching song. Last year you asked for suggestions for songs the choir could do. Fix you, was my suggestion. I knew the choir would do an amazing job. I wasn't disappointed. As always their voices were angelic, they sang with great emotion. You could see and feel their tears. It ended with Halle, which is one of favorite singers. Thank you for doing the song. I don't know how many acted it, but i wanted it. Great job!!!
