CPU high usage means it cannot work with the graphics card . Weak cpu with strong graphics card= 100% cpu usage

I got the same error ID 5858 but isn't in the list of services. I found PID 856 wasn't running. It was the only one in the list that wasn't running. Started it and it might have helped. Fingers crossed.

I am dealing with the opposite and looking online I am the only person in the world with this issue. Beamng drive says my computer is more than adequate when checking the specs only to give me exactly 13 fps on lowest settings and on highest settings. Upon checking cpu usage it stays at 50% the same as when it was idling with out the game open wtf😭😂 had this problem when I was 15 and now at 22 after cleaning my old gaming pc I still can’t figure it out
