I could see where this training aid will help develop the feels of pressure and weight shift in the right spots. I pre-ordered. Thanks!

Thanks Rob! Combining both shift and force point of application feedback is definitely one of the really cool things the Force Board Pro brings to the table.

You shifted your weight over the trail leg. I have heard that the pressure should go, but not he weight. Advice to me is that my center of gravity should only move away from the target about one inch, followed by the hips shifting over the lead foot, then the bent lead leg starts to push the lead hip up and back. How would you describe the proper pressures and movements, from your point of view?

Thanks for the feedback! while going through this drill, the primary focus is applying pressure on the Green Round (inside the trail heel). The center of mass movement, in this case happened as a byproduct. The balance board setup of the Force Board Pro, with the attachments down the center, plays a role in this sensation. We do agree that, in most cases, we’re targeting the movement of the center of pressure rather than the center of mass. However, the formula can vary from player to player. The main goal of this drill is to use the Force Board like a balance board, creating a surface that tilts from side to side when force is applied.
