I have watched you for a few years now Lori. You transform problem feet every time you touch them. I love seeing this transformation. You do propper work, not just a "pamper day," where nothing much happens overall. I see propper results with real problems. You have built up such high standards, you even share this valuable bank of knowledge with your Acadamy for like minded people, such a valuable attribute. Your Credentuals are understanding, you never judge, you offer help to everyone yet you have remained the swet, loving and helpful person you always were. You are the perfect foot care! I have learnt so much from you, I would love to learn it propperly from you, from the begining up - unfortunatly, with my on going 68 years and multiple health issues, it is not possible, but I am still able to more or less take care of my own feet, having one toe with trauma being difficult to manage. I dont trust normal nail studios, them giving me a problem many years ago, through lack of propper knowledge and poor hygiene. Its a shame actually, as I love the challenge to correct something, causing problems and difficulties. I always thought feet are ugly, my own anyway - many people think that, yet they can be helped in many ways. They are not so ugly after all. I love the transformation, knowing a problem has been solved that brought pain and discomfort for so long. This helping is a godsend! Thats what you are for me and I thank you for being you, for teaching us all so much. You are a real treasure. I came back to watch you after being absent a while. It was hard to watch knowing I couldn't get this kind of service for my own feet and I'm so excited I did! You mentioned others in your network now and I found 2 within easy driving distance and 1 in the town my daughter lives in about 3 hours away I'm super interested in trying out when I visit her. My health has caused me to lose feeling in my feet and everything about them feels & looks dead. I don't trust myself to do anything to them because of causing more damage when you don't feel pain working on them. I've also had other people who have done the same thing. If I'm not saying it hurts they dig to much when untrained to deal with thick gross nails and so much dead callous underneath built up. Thank you for all you do to help not only the people you serve but helping others learn so that your skills can be spread all over to people in other places! I can't wait for my healing journey to begin. I'm going to visit my daughter in Feb so hopefully I can try and see this new person then... If not it's an excuse to go back and see my daughter again 😁❣️💙🤗

Hello from North Carolina, I used to get pedicures every time I got my nails done, I stopped getting my toes done because I was told that people who are diabetic should not have pedicures done. Now I been having a lot of build up under my toe nails, toes have discoloration was told that it could be fungus, I just had my big toenail removed. I started watching your videos and seeing how you clean the toes and cuticles, and the skin underneath the toes, now I am wondering if I really needed my toenail removed.

My dermatologist got onto me as I had trimmed my pincer toenails as you show here. He said I was leaving a point in the side of the nails that would eventually grow into the skin causing an ingrown toenail. This is fairly new to me and just starting to get painful and deformed. I don't have the money for help, fancy products or tools. I use what I have and found that by packing the end of the toenail with my psoriasis medication on a wedge of paper towel, I place this under the edge of the toenails and it lifts it and helps flatten it out. I stopped cutting the corners off. I want to find an inexpensive acrylic to apply a bead to the back of the nail so that as it grows out it will help the nail grow back to a flat shape and not into to crevasse causing an ingrown toenail. I've seen how people can buy the acrylic nail gel and use a led flashlight to cure it. Looking for videos to best take care of this before the issue is irreversible. I once was a cosmetologist as a young person back in the 1980's. That was right when Solar Nails, one of the first acrylic nail products came out. Oh the chemicals that had in it! I was so burned by the formaldehyde in it! I think products have most likely come a long way in the last 40 years! Good job and I know this dear lady was much more comfortable after her pedicure treatment. It always does feel better initially to remove the corners, but it has not helped me...I'm still open minded to learning more and seeing your results! Best of luck to you.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard that term pincer toenails. I called them diabetic nails, but I have those nails. That’s why I stubbed my nail and the whole thing broke off because it was barely attached to the nail bed to begin with but it’s just like her nails. Not all of my nails are like that but some of them are I called them diabetic nails. I just had to rewind it because I wanna know what you said she’s gonna put on that when she gets home that she’s going to buy in store to help that toenail to thin out, flattened down and relax I didn’t know there was such a miracle treatment for toenails like that. Gloves are not required per state board. Fungus needs time and a specific environment to grow. Before and after a service, I wash and sanitize my hands which mitigates any transfer. Personally, I prefer the improved dexterity of not wearing gloves. Personal human touch is an important element of my services.
