Also another huge underrated thing that gets overlooked: Do NOT tell people what you're about to do. Tell them once you accomplish it. Otherwise, you are taking credit and satisfaction before you even start.

Also, by telling others, you arent doing it for yourself, your doing it for other people and or their acceptance. Normally, this is considered very good..........if you were doing something for charity! But youre not, youre sucking life force out of others and yourself!

@IntellectualMuscle
@IntellectualMuscle 5 жыл бұрын
It really does. I just came back to watch this the 2nd time after watching it like 2-3 months ago. I started getting more serious and more confident about my work in the past 2-3 months, and I did start trying to become the hero of my own movie these past 3 months, a couple of days ago I had one of the best days I've had in probably the last 2-3 years. And the best part is it's a LOT of work, it's a lot of stress handling all that work and preparing and performing it, but still it's worth it at the end of the day. As long as you get time for yourself and to take care of yourself as well. But yeah, it's that quote that really hits something in the back of your head, more than everything else he goes over.

I’ve wasted so much time. So now, I’ve got to pick myself up and stuff done! Even if it’s just so my kids can see what a grown up should be like, if they get a rough deal, they shouldn’t ever give up, pick up and get on.

flagschange111 nice to see this video being 1st scene a man with a cigarette hanging outa his mouth, its same in everything you watch, they have people smoking, making you want to have your next one, tempting those who have quit, its evil at work, joe sparking up live in public pushing the boundaries because its "legal" in that state, just to push it on others via his influence, normalising it even more, so that more young people pick up the habit and move onto other harder drugs, dumbing down the population, brick by brick, you have, snoop and the ilk doing it for years, who have amassed millions of followers as they pied pipe along , these people are products of the system who are controlled and pushed on their fans/followers to support the overall goals and agenda, sports stars, tv stars, all distractions, influences and what have you, to get you corrupted, controlled and dancing to the beat of the drum, mind numbed billions of people via tv, trained to think what they think, because theyve been programmed that way, joe is a fkin hypocrite i see him being hypocritical all the time, i still listen to him when i see him on ufc or whatever and still watch the odd podcast just for the amusement of it, i still watch tv but im not subliminal mind fked so i watch it for the entertainment perspective, and im not in the majority who DO NOT REALISE WHAT THEYRE BEING FED on tv.

I’m currently a student pursuing a bachelors degree in finance. I have a 4.0 GPA and I’m starting my last semester in the fall of 2019. I barely graduated high school and didn’t start college until the age of 27. I keep track of my schedule on a calendar and I say my schedule out loud twice while I’m driving to school. You need to take action and work hard, but he’s right about writing things down! It definitely helps to say shit out loud too.

I needed to see this. I graduated high school and had a 3.6 and went through a phase where I felt like I couldn’t achieve what I wanted to achieve, the colleges I wanted to go weren’t accepting me, and I just didn’t try like I should have. I’ve realized to take others’ judgment and use it as motivation to work harder instead of putting myself down. Congrats on being so successful in college and I hope you go on to be self-fulfilled.

Went from no discomfort and no accomplishments to being able to work out 2 days a week and run a half marathon every 2 weeks not to mention the other 2-3 4-10 mile runs per week. It is possible . I fucking did it. I will stop when i qualify for boston. About 30 minutes left to shave off my time. Its possible. As always im here to support by watching and throwing a small amount of money on patreon its well worth it.

This is a great example of someone who never quit and for the amount of success you have had man .. centered mentally , and still have that drive. Appreciate what you do Best remark is 30-45 min is all you need.! But an intense 45 min .. When I would strength train , the best sessions were if you had only 30 or 20 mins til closing or had an appt. You had to get to . You don't stop really except to change weights .. That's motivation in itself when you want to skip a day .... Think it's only 30 effing mins... Then add some adversity as in a divorce etc Adversity will test a man or woman.. you find that inner dog.I. Using that to become a better version of you .... Stay strong .

I 100% agree. 12 years ago I found myself in prison , I've been locked up before and had a lot of great ideas . but I would always forget them. I ended up making a web and putting my goals in it. Some of these goals I thought would take years for me to accomplish and some might take a day. One of my worst setbacks in life was reading , I was 23 at the time and had an eighth grade reading level. In about 3 months , I went from 8th grade to 11th. And two years and went from 160 lb and could not couldn't bench my body weight to 190 lbs and benching 360 lb . Not on any steroids either. If you have goals that are you want to meet write them down make a web anytime you have 10-15 minutes work on them it changed my life forever . After about 5 years I completed my first web and had to make a new one . I still keep it in my wallet and use it every day.

The problem is that he is pushing easy shit. When you face LIFE, this advice aint worth shit, unless you are looking for ways to do those 100 pushups or run the 3 miles. It breaks when applied to complex shit. Thats why this is not the new 'bible' on "how to beat life", nah mean? People in despair have a very deep sense of guilt about their time spent, and writing it down doesnt change the time frame. This is the real enemy, and it directly impacts willpower.

Great advice from a guy who has worked for everything he has and continues to strive for a good life. It takes time and dedication and yes sacrifice to grow and prosper in life. Bad things do happen to good people and that is a hard lesson to learn and deal with when it happens to you. I am struggling very hard right now at 55 alone with medical issues that have progressed me into a financial crisis and I am looking at being forced to vacate my living space and I have no money to buy food at the moment. I struggle with depression and fight the internal negative dialogue that I am helpless and things are hopeless. That is a lie and I will bounce back I still have a full time job to return to. The end of October I will be able to get the spinal injections that allowed me the relief I needed last August to be able to de able to work a full 40 hr week and do what I need to stay healthy mentally and physically. I needed to see this today and I thank the universe for giving me exactly what I need when I keep myself open to receive it. Keep positive my friends life is what we make of it......
