Can't wait to try this later, serratus training is one of my favorites. Multiplanar will be way more challenging than regular protraction planks.

So many more factors for potential shoulder problems. I found the SA to be the least problematic. Most issues occur with a tight sub scap, levator scapulae, inactive rhomboid, tight pec minor, tight teres major and minor, tight lats, inactive muscles all around the shoulder.

Hey Jordan, say a powerlifter who wants to get a bigger bench, trains their shoulder girdle complex specific to their bench position. (Scapular retraction and depression) and doesn't train the function of the shoulder girdle complex as a whole including movements like scapular protraction, elevation and upward rotation. Would that individual have a higher chance of injury? If so, why? I'm trying to make that connection and understand the reason between injury and neglecting certain freedom of movements that a joint is able to produce.

months and months of research to try fix my right shoulder and i have never seen this !! Is there a progression I can do considering i cannot overhead extend fully like this ?

I have a lot of pain on my erectors and serratus posterior due to an injury. Which muscles can I focus in order to strengthen my them since I cant work them directly yet? Thanks and keep up the good work! Cheers!

When I go down I should keep external rotation? Or should I do internal and then external going up?

Would you recommend performing this for high reps 20+ or a normal range . I tried 20+ but it just end up making my full arm really tired

Brother could you make a video for depressed shoulders? I've been dealing with this one over a year overhead shrugs are not fixing it there's not much pain but it looks so weird having one shoulder lower than the other

James Hayward 6-8 reps integrated in between warm up sets of a main upper body exercise!
