Try use another computer and update iTunes or Finder to its latest version to update or restore your iPhone. You can use Apple Devices app to do the update.

Yes i did . But good news i fixed it! After updating on itunes if your phone gets stuck on “attempting data recovery “ keep pressing the home screen button while you see the apple logo and the line loading just keeo pressing home button it will get out of the stuck mode restore your data! That’s what i did and it worked. Goodluck

@@bytefurther iTunes wasnt the problem, it was my Desktop PC itself.. I tried the same thing with a laptop (dowloaded iTunes from google and not even from Microsoft store) and it worked. My iPhone 7 is now restored succesfully, also i used backup from iCloud so i lost basically no data even with factory data reset option. :)
