Maybe your OS encrypts your storage on boot. Check out XDA forum there will be a recovery to decrypt storage.

I have a Lenovo ZUK Z1 buddy, Common errors i get are "Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument)" "Failed to mount '/cache' (Invalid argument)" "Unable to recreate /data/media folder" "Unable to mount storage /sbin/e2fsck - fp /dep/block/mmcbik0p23 process ended with ERROR : 4 Unable to repair data" listen man, i tried doing everything... and none of the mount points would change into any of those file systems. Tried to format data too, but it shows errors.. i tried to update my twrp recovery, it updates and continues with these same errors and after a while it reverts back to the 3.0.2-0 there's nothing i could do.. please help me.. i'd really apprieciate if there's a way to atleast backup the internal storage
