I have called my carrier and had them refresh my sms and have been having this issue for 3 months now and no fix.. i have followed your way of getting a code i down loaded my vpn I have a subscription with and it still tells me to wait one hour.. so frustrating your help would be appreciated

Hi, in some countries, iPhone shows Mobile Data instead of Cellular. So, go to Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options.
