if its leaking on the side where the injection pump is, it could be from the cranck positioning sensor mine leaked after rebuild and cheap sensor rtv fixed it up

Great content. I’m really happy with the vw alh getting some mainstream interest. You’ve got any links to “all you need to know” about these engines? I’m actually a trained mechanic but we never touched diesels in school since they were soooo bad for the environment. #sweden 🙄

You have had more problems with your rebuilt tdi swap than I have had with my ahu tdi that had 300,000 milers when I swapped it, 10 years ago.
