I tried printing on a t shirt transfer sheet and it came out with half the emulsion missing. i think it's on the roller and now it keeps showing me printer jammed error but when I open the rear I don't see any paper stuck. What do I do? I think I can see some white emulsion on the roller. How can I get to it to try and get it off?

+William Hugh I suspect that there is emulsion on the imaging drum and probably on the fuser. I recommend that you contact Technical Support. To contact support, what you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call. It may help speed up the call process. Step 1. Click on the link: www.hp.com/contacthp/ Step 2. Enter Product number or select the auto detection Step 3. Scroll down to ‘Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options’ Step 4. Scroll down and click on ‘HP contact options’ Step 5. Click on ‘Get phone number’ Case number and phone number appear.

If you go through all of it and have search thoroughly when needed, and please be aware that a "paper jam is not always caused by paper. In inkjet printers is common for it to be some other debris that has fallen into, or been fed through the printer, like staples, tacks, paperclips, or bits of plastic.

Yes but in that link were instructions for what to do if both lights you describe are solid on as well. Solution one: Reset the printer Press the Power button () to turn off the product. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product. Wait 30 seconds. Reconnect the power cord to the product. Press the Power button () to turn on the product. Wait for the product to start up before proceeding. Solution two: Service the printer

This didn't help at all! The paper is stuck right where the rollers are on the output tray.
