When there is a faulty cartridge jam error message (there never was a jam), and the error cannot be cleared. How can one print a Configuration Report? I can temporarily clear the cartridge jam message by pressing OK in the printer. Yet after I select to print a Configuration Report, the cartridge jam error message appears & printing is not possible.
