It's becoming more common for these to fail. No surprise, the system is approaching 25 years old now. Having a schematic is greatly helpful but of course those are hard to find since they rarely get leaked.

I have a GH-019 and some resisters reading at 46 ohms could that be the problem ? The ps2 turns on but no display or audio

Nah 46 is fine, if it were bad it would be reading way off from 47

It's a tin leg I cut off a standard thru hole resistor
