Fixing a shelf instead of throwing it away!

All to often, we throw things away that can be fixed. Here I show replacing a shelf made from MDF that was falling apart with a new solid wood shelf. The old shelf hardware was salvaged and used on the new one. Only simple tools are used, making this a great DIY project.
Only used circular saw, speed square, circular saw guide, sander, sandpaper, spray primer and spray paint.
