i had an intex inflatable hot tub for 6 and a half years until it finally b it the dust... i had rebuilt the pump 4 times to keep it going and replaced the hose once. After it died i got a real hot tub and the difference was night and day. i loved the intex one until i had a Sundance then the difference was just like WOW. i too have back pain and also the hot tub helps with stress and ptsd

I pinched the sciatic nerve on the left side about 20 years ago. Sitting was the worst; I'd be in the truck on my way to and from jobs, weeping like a baby. Nice repair, definitely worth the effort.

Very good job. What brand is that red knife you used? I want one.
🎵"You gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em" 🤣 Nice job Handy, did it ever stop leaking? Im wondering why you didn't put the heating part back on after you figured it wasn't the leak. PS- that heating element looks like a fancy stock tank heater
@2MuchHandyman9 ай бұрын
The original heating element was the first leak. The 2nd leak was just from the check valve not holding. Once I filled it up it didn't leak anymore. Its been holding for over a month now.

How long ago were the cortisone shots and how are they helping with pain and mobility? I have all the same ailments you mentioned and I'm finding the pain and lack of sleep have been getting out of control.

I’ve had my eye on one of those cheap tubs for years…think they’re worth it?
@2MuchHandyman9 ай бұрын
Yes. I think if I used bromine instead of chlorine the heating element would have lasted longer.

@@2MuchHandyman My bromine tub heater lasted almost 15 years, in Canadian climate, with that bitch running every damn day. So you might be right Handy.
