Fixing an outdoor faucet that has low water pressure or leaks

Congrats on your fix being effective. That was quite a substantial amount of residual water when you were releasing the pressure at the beginning.

Can only outside spigots have a loss of water pressure while inside still has good water pressure?

Yes, if it's at the end of the line in your plumbing.

I don't think a new spigot will fix that issue. Check your PRV.

I have the exact one, but my issue is that the knob won't turn at all. It dsnt budge!! The one on the other side of the house works fine, but we can't get the knob to budge on the other side. Any advice?

I replaced my PRV and the bibs and my water pressure is lkke 25 psi

There is an adjustment screw on your PRV, but it should have been already set. Try adjusting 1/4 turn at a time and recheck the pressure. Thanks for watching. Support the channel by subscribing.

My issue was only at this tap. Check your pressure regulator valve.

You don’t lubricate rubber washers with “water.” Use clear silicone plumbers grease. The washers will last and its actually rated for “potable” water.

There are no individual shut offs for each hose bib. There is only one for the whole house.
