Hats off dude .. you are patient, passionate and persistent. But unfortunately, if you're actually hoping for a working connection out of this, then you're unlikely to succeed. There's a way to do this, do it easier and more successfully, which I'll attempt to describe. For starters, I don't know why you decided to remove the track there: as a general rule of thumb, you keep as much of the tracks as possible on repair jobs like these. So, here goes the steps: 1. The aim here is to make connections between a missing pad and a track, you'll use a combination of replacement pads (you can buy these from suppliers or even the likes of fleeBay and Amazon) and high temperature, low resistance conductive silver paint 2. Remove any partially left pad, then clean the area underneath the pad and find the appropriate pad size 3. Stick the pad down with a specialist single-part adhesive like Loctite 3616, then cure it with hot air at 150 degrees for 1 - 2 minutes 4. Once cured, you'll then paint the required track with the silver conductive paint in any shape you like; use masking tape to make sure an accurate track is drawn. Cure the silver paint at the specified temp for that paint and you're done You can then get on with tinning your pads and soldering your QGN in the usual way. Adhesives used in this method will get harder with heat, so no problems tinning or soldering your part afterwards, as opposed to the method you're describing here, which, if it works at all, will be haphazard and will fail again at the earliest opportunity. Hope this helps. Keep up the good work buddy.

Hi, Thanks for this great description. I'll be looking for the parts and do a video with your prescribed method. Although sometimes the chip area is so beat up it isn't just pad replacement. But I think your process looks good.
