fixing dash separation easy! on my 2008 dodge charger rt daytona.

Hi guys welcome back to the channel in today's video I'll be showing us how to fix dash separation In your vehicle fast and easy and best method. I am performing this method in my 2008 Dodge Charger RT Daytona but this can easily be used in other makes and models it doesn't matter. thank you!!!! 2006 Chrysler 300c 5.7 v8 hemi.... doing the same thing! The dash separated! This was exactly what I needed to fix it. I brought paint sticks to use instead of butter knives. It worked perfectly! The screwed in bezel looks good too. Shout out always from Va.

100% best method except I used liquid nails construction adhesive about 3yrs ago and its still holding strong

Mine broke too I’m just glad that my bezel is still holding strong..From the look of this video I’m gonna be doing a adhesive job I’m gonna use Loctite Super Glue Professional sets in 15 - 30 seconds and bonds to a variety of substrates including: leather, cork, paper, cardboard, wood, chipboard, fabric, metal, ceramic, rubber and hard plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate, polystyrene and PVC. Does not bond to Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), silicone or foam rubber, polystyrene foams, glass, or pure bone china.

I hve the same problem wit my dash kit I can't get it 2 stay flush cuz the clips r broken..... But I don't want 2 use screws to hold it in. Hve 2 find a way 2 repair or replace the busted plastic clips. Anybdy hve any ideas lmk.....

Mine is doing the same. I was thinking of using a epoxy putty, then drilling and filing the slots back in. I'm about to replace my subs, stereo and add a backup cam. I will try to update after I do it

@@Come_take_em I used epoxy to keep the dash kit in place and flush but thn I hd an issue whre I hd 2 take the radio out...... And it ws glued in 😂😂😂 I've lookd up and dwn on the web 4 a solution 2 ths madness but thre is no fix.

This may be late but u left the plastic covers from the clamps in the dash, not sure if you took them out during the pause before you put the dash in lol
