Did you try cleaning the pins and the contacts on the right earbud?

@@MegaSafetyFirst Actually yes I did, the pins were loose but none the less I’ll return them as soon as possible and get some new ones without all this hustle. Additionally you can only hear from the right one when attending a call or a zoom meeting..

Try to clean the three hole that are in the left earbud for charging...😅

Same the left earbud will not charge and the led light will not come on! try to clean the gold connectors on both the earphone and the case. also the wall jack you use to connect to power, make sure to try changing it and try charging again. i use white iPhone wall connectors to plug orange cable into and i had to change mine and left side started charging again. might have been cleaning the gold connectors too. good luck!

I took off the rubber ear pieces on the left earbud and then placed the earbud into the charger. I then got a solid connection and the earbud charged.

these earbuds are pretty good but you have to CONSTANTLY re-sync them to your phone multiple times a day sometimes. Instead of just popping in an earbud and thinking it will just start working, you will have to spend a few minutes re-syncing it and sometimes it doesnt work so you need to reset to factory settings..and then if it doesnt work you have to do it again and then just hope it works....good earbuds but the constant re-syncing/factory settings makes it a 7/10

Still not working in my case.
