Fixing JS220 Excavator Engine Low Power problem with E717 error show on the monitor.

I have a 2003 jcb js 160 excavator when ignition is turned on all 18 lights on the monitor is illuminated with a constant alarm sounding off. Even when the machine starts the alarm and lights on the monitor still present. What could be the issue here?

Hello Zaw Min! thank you for your videos! have you any ideas about 108 and 109 errors on JS240 excavators? this errors say that signals from flywheel and alternator are present although the engine is stopped. I'm working as heavy machinery electrician

For 108, remove sensor connector and check sensor resistance between 2-terminal, normal value 100 ohms or less , abnormal value 10 m ohms or more . Continue to check 106 wire and 107 wire , normal value 10 M ohms or more , abnormal value 100 ohms or less. Check the voltage between 2 wire 106 -107 , normal value 0 volt, abnormal value 18 Volts or more. For 109 , remove excitation connector and check 24 voltage when key on , this used to be fault by faulty regulator. Replace/repair if fault. And check continuity 1 wire is connected to battery relay(main relay) + volts , 2nd wire is connector to key switch. Also alternator output wire and ground wire as related circuit.

@@jacklittlejack5690 Just share you knowledge that is engine wire harness of Isuzu 4HK1/6hk1 used to be fault even machine service meter is less I ever met. Replace new engine harness if you got abnormality measurement .
