Indeed. But it must be carefully interpreted. This doesn't that his anatomical problem was solved; not at all. It is not a severe one, had no neurological manifestaciones, and it was succesfully stabilized with therapeutic exercise. He has to keep having a pristine exercise form as well as a perfectly stabilized lumbar sección during movement and under load. Not to mention that periodical monitorization of his lumbar spine is a must in order to verify that his spondilo is not getting worse without having symptoms. GOOD CORRECTIVE JOB! 👍

@@pacojavo2978 this is a more balanced perspective. His slip is minor compared to mine and most others. Roughly midpoint of Grade 1. Rehab is in my present/future, but powerlifting is out of the question unless I want surgery sooner rather than later.

Your methodology for determining the root cause of an injury is awe inspiring to say the least. As someone forced to confront the terrifying unknowns of injury, your videos are an affirmation that solutions exist outside of quitting activities you love or life changing surgery. Your pursuit of new knowledge and the willingness to be curious about the root rather than the symptoms, gives me a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for thinking differently and for pursuing pain free movement for everyone. Keep doing what you’re doing, I know I speak for others when I say I learn something front his channel everyday. Loving the book so far as well 🙌✌️

Mr. Squat University. Will you please speak more in the treatment and therapy surrounding this particular extension intotlance related injury. I recently experiencing severe back pain while doing aggressive overhead presses. I went for many reps and continued for a few weeks (hitting the overhead press a few times a week) before I really notice why I was having the pain. After looking through MANY of your videos I discovered through several of your evaluations that I’m not load intolerant or flexion intolerant but I am extension intolerant. Dude, if doctors said you shouldn't do something because of your spine problems, you should probably listen to them. I mean, it's great that he was able to continue to exercise. What is not great, is ignoring doctors and doing percisely what he was told not to do. It's anyone's personal choice, of course, but you have only one spine to last you for your whole life. Breaking it once will be enough, and no amount of physical therapy and exercise will help you fully recover from that.
