Fixing Major Issues with our 602 Late Model

At the end of our first race, PB had to pull off due to some issues. And the whole night we were struggling to find pace. We got the car back to the farm and talked with some people about our issues. We think that our main problem was with the fuel system, so we junked the old cell and basically got a whole new fuel system from the rear up to the engine. We also worked on solving our overheating issues with getting a fan shroud put on the car.

My son and I have been working all off season on a used 602 crate car he bought and the end of the season. It's amazing how much work has to be done to a "race ready" race car. We're hoping to have our first test session in the next few weeks. I'm glad you're still posting videos of your progress and I hope you've gotten your bugs worked out. Anxious to see how things go for you.
