Fixing multiple leaks on case ih 7250

That is a good looking 7250, I grew up around Deere equipment, but I love all of the brands. I look forward to the two Allis tractors in the future as well as the 4020 Deere. I know it all takes time. I am amazed that you can farm as much as you do with limited help and still turn out such quality restored tractors. Keep them coming!

Thanks for the comment 👍 Yes time management is a struggle but we make it work. I made alot of changes on the farming end after fall. Took on more ground around home and dropped most of the far away stuff so should be alot better going forward.

Degreasers in order of effectiveness: Gasoline Zep Industrial Purple Cleaner and Degreaser (avoid contact with aluminum, and anodized bits). Purple Power/Super Clean (avoid extended contact with aluminum). Simple Green I buy 5 gallons of a product and mix in a 2 gallon garden sprayer.

Steiger has it on traction for sure. But magnum is super strong. Think I might add some rear weights to 7250.

@rgfarmsrepair503 Years ago on a demo we had a 7240 and a 9330 pulling the same 6500 consertill chisels and the 7240 could pull it faster at the same depth. Blew my mind 🤯

We have a 7250 and it leaks all the time from everywhere service it twice a year and fix oil leaks 4 times a year lol

Lol yep my favorite is the hyd hoses under the cab they are a real treat to change.

I reroute all diesel CCV's to atmosphere. Otherwise a person is dealing with choked off intake or exhaust tracts at some point.

Yep every piece of farm equipment I have is factory routed to atmosphere with no epa emissions. That's why I rebuild the old stuff instead of run new stuff. Thanks for watching and commenting
