Fixing P0024 on Infiniti FX50 (Solenoid Replacement)

Infiniti FX50 P0024 Code Fix
In this episode we're working on the FX50 again fixing the code P0024. The car seems to go inn limp mode with this code, it it's the cut off at 3500 rpm. So today we'll be changing the Bank 2 exhaust Solenoid to fix the issue!

Hi Have same issue with mine. Any particular brand you have used. There are some available on the market. Some 50 USD a piece and some Japanese Hitachi for much more. Wondering is it Worth to pay double for Japan made.

Hey like mentioned we used the Hitachi, they're cheaper ones but I'm not sure how they faire in the long run

Did you put oil on it before putting it back on?

Just a dab of oil on the sensor. 👍

I'm having the same problem and I've changed both on bank 1 but it's still going into limp mode.

I've heard of people having some issues with certain aftermarket solenoids depending on what brand they still had the same issues.

Having this same issue, only happens after the truck has been running for a while, I have no codes though...🤷 Hopefully this will work for me too...🙏
